Best keyring gadget seen, used or got

Thanks Frank, beat me to it. Most useful thing that the US Military ever developed!!! (The 'p3b' was, of course, a bizarre typo which i cannot account for.)

The d-jammer is a skinny kubotan that is threaded in one end to allow you to screw a pistol cleaning brush into it.

how about this beautiful carbon fiber keychain

That sounds interesting, got a pic or a link?

I carry a Micra and three Photon II's (soon to be cut down to two because I never use the red one).

Here is another pic that did not attach to my last post.

Thanks for the p38, Frank.

Revolvergeek: I have a similar one to that, the Rambler model. The difference is that the Rambler doesn't have the pen and light, but instead has the tweezers and toothpick. The philips screwdriver has been quite useful in dis/reassembling laptop computers, esp. with the magnetic tip.

Frankie,

The Rambler is the model that I used to keyring before i got this little guy. The Mindnight Magager is just a tiny bit bigger, but not enough to notice (mainly just the little plastic tab for extending the pen).

The retractable pen is handy, and easier to use than I expected at first. The red led is enough to let you navigate around a room, but is pretty short range compared to Photons and ARCs.

Overall, a lot of good little tools in one small bundle.

Heres what I carry. It gets lil heavy sometimes but I might plan on cutting the top parts off all the keys and drilling a hole for the ring so that all that remains is the part that goes into the lock cylendar. tell me what you think

I use both a Vic Midnight Manager II and a turquoise Photon II on my keyring and they make an excellent combination. There isn't a day goes by in which I don't use either one of them for some task or other.

The handy Vic seems to get more use than my LM Wave these days.

Particulary handy is the way the Vic's phillips driver perfectly fits the Photon's 4 screws. The pen comes in handy at times too.

Definitely a top keyring gadget !

Just don't do it to the car keys Nismo ... they sometimes have a anti-theft chip inside the handle that allows the car to run. :D

Other than that I would love to see the outcome.

Nismo,

What I did about 6 months ago when my keys got to big was go to a local locksmith and have all of my plastic topped keys remade. You might be suprised how much bulk you can save by just getting rid of all that plastic.

I don't know about the rest of you but I'm starting to feel like a prison guard with all my keys and gadgets. I'm trying to cut down on the keys. If I don't know what a key fits anymore, chances are I don't need that key.;)
I bought a mission wallet that currently holds a micra/arc aaa in the knife pocket and a fisher space pen in the other pocket. If I decide to carry a knife clipped to the wallet, the micra/arc goes into my pocket.
I received a glowring today in what was probably the last US ebay auction of these things, at least for a while. I'm putting it on my keychain as well as one of Ryan's spy capsules as soon as I get the keys reduced down from ELEVEN.

We used to call those p38's, FRED's
standing for f***ing ridiculous eating device.

They are useful for their size but after eating with them :(

(ours actually did have a little spoon bit on the end...)
