I just got mine about 2 weeks ago, and haven't really had a chance to test it out yet. I was hoping it would be a good camp knife, being a cross between a machete sized knife, and one capable of handling smaller tasks. It is extremely sharp out of the box and the handle is very comfortable. It's convex ground which is supposed to be kind of funky to sharpen. I haven't tried it yet, but I think that could be the case. Overall I think it's a great bowie style knife, at a reasonable price. If you decide to get one, I highly recommend New Graham knives, their service was fantastic.
