BladeForums 2024 Traditional Knife

So GEC doesn't provide their direct customers (Spark in this instance) with updates on large orders? They seem to have a very organized build process based on the info they post online, so that surprises me.

Who says they don't?

Spark has done business with them countless times.

Why would Spark all of the sudden go hey guys GEC doesn't keep me updated so yeah tough luck.........or it possible Spark said let me know when they are done and GEC goes no problem.

If Spark had any additional information/updates I’m sure that would have already been posted… Spark can’t provide what GEC isn’t providing.

I read that as GEC not providing many updates. You may read it differently.

If you guys/gals/youngsters wanted to see "identical", y'all should have been in the Shamrock Bar in Saitozaki, Japan just up the street from the Dragon Bar in the 1960s. There was a gal there that had four identical, dark brown, moles with long hairs drooping from them evenly spaced in a horizontal line across her forehead. Dang near made a person cross eyed when you looked at her but it was a positive for her as it kept the rain out of her eyes.

Additional information for those interested:

A little-known bird fact is that some species of birds, like the Clark's nutcracker, have an incredible memory. These birds can hide up to 30,000 seeds each year in different locations to survive the winter, and they are able to remember the exact locations of most of their caches months later. This extraordinary memory is essential for their survival, and scientists believe it is linked to the size and complexity of their hippocampus, the brain region responsible for memory.

And to continue this additional information: Clark's Nutcracker has a symbiotic relationship with Whitebark Pine (Pinus Albicaulis). The cones of the whitebark pine remain on the tree and do not open to disperse the seeds. Clark's nutcrackers peck the cone open to get at the seeds, which they stash. They may remember where most of their caches are located, but forget some of them, and the seeds in the forgotten caches sprout. Since it is a number of seeds in one hole, there are a number of seedlings sprouting in the same spot. This is why in the wild you usually see whitebark pines growing in tight clumps of trees.

I don't like when you refer to it as a 1/4 of a grand. Somehow that sounds much worse than 250 dollars.
What the?...O M G...I turn my back for 5 minnits and the whole thread starts to collapse! The only difference between 1/4 Grand and $250 is the former is preferred by those who pay $300 for 20ml of Hugo Boss cologne at the airport and the other by those who find equal value in a 450ml bottle of
" Bronson" from the Pharmacy gift shelf.🙄.
Now lets stay focussed people and keep the moaning aimed at Spark.🤨🫣
