Brand New in Original Box Benchmade / Harley Davidson 13100 SBK Hardtail. The blade is made of black Poly-Ceramic coated D2 tool steel known for its edge holding ability. It features a modified clip point with an acute tip. It is 3.99" long and 0.124" thick. The total length is 9.00” when the blade is open. The coating of the blade protects the D2 steel from corrosion while at the same time it gives it a stealthy appearance. The combo edge is very sharp. Those serrations can go through the toughest fibrous material with ease. They are also easy to re-sharpen by using a Spyderco Sharpmaker. The blade opens by means of an attractive ambidextrous thumb stud. The knife uses a patented AXIS locking mechanism to secure the blade stays either open or, closed. AXIS locking mechanism is one of the strongest locking mechanisms as far as folding knives go.
The handle is a pure joy to the eye as well as to its feel. It is 5.25” long. It fetures CNC machined billet 6061-T6 aluminum alloy double bolsters, matched with 3D CNC precision milled black G-10 inserts. It also has 420stainless steel liners. There is a carved skull on one of the G-10 inserts. The handle offers excellent purchase and allows the user to switch blade orientation swiftly. You can go from a forward grip to an ice pick grip in a split second.
The knife has a reversible steel carrying clip the bears the HARLEY DAVIDSON logo and a skull.
