Broad bladed nessie skinner in lacewood.

This is very reminiscent of a Nessmuk pattern knife, but it's really ground as a skinning or finer slicing knife rather than the more nearly bushcraft style grind I often do on them.

The blade on this is 3.5 inches long, 1.625 at the broadest. Overall length is right at 8 inches.

Steel is 15N20, fully hardened with a differential temper. Convex ground and vinegar finished with a really nice pebbled appearance.

Handle is lacewood with a tung oil finish, brass pins, and has a tapered contour that's really nice and secure when you get slippery.

Sheath is hand stitched and waterformed by Koyote Girl.
