If I collected 102's and received a mint example with a stamp like this that I didn't catch when buying I would not try to return it or go looking to replace it with a better example.Yes, "somebody," but not the majority.
I believe there are many people who'd be happy to have a knife like this, but I absolutely don't think there are many if at all who'd seek such a knife or be willing to pay more, and I do not doubt that a certain kind of collector might avoid one either.
I just don't think a double tang stamp like this can be definitively declared outright good or bad, it depends on the type of person because Inexperienced uninformed collectors are still collecting knives after all.
