Buck 500-Blade Play?

Sent my 500 in for having a very loose lock up. Got it back today. Very disappointed to say it appears that Buck did absolutely nothing to fix my knife. It is exactly the same as it was when I sent it in.
 
I hope to have better luck! Mine has been at Buck for a few weeks and it would be a serious bummer to get it back same as it was!

That 's not good. Send it in directly to me and I'll make sure it is right. Is it loose up and down or side to side?

OK, so I got my 501 (Sorry, thought it was a 500) back today and both the choil was polished and the blade has no side to side play. Everything I asked for was completed. Feels and looks like a completely different knife. Much nicer. This is the knife I expected for the MSRP.
