I did a quick search of the forum and couldn't find a picture/information thread for the Spitfire. I happen to carry one every day,so I figured I would start it. Please post pics of your custom Spitfire or LE. Be sure to include some info about your personal 722.

The bottom knife is my everyday work knife. It is the most used and most abused of all my knives. It is green g10 with bronze s35vn blade. It is amazingly light at .080kg.

The knife in the center is model 0722GYSBOTM. It was the July 2021 BOTM. 1/500. The handle is "Crushed Silver" aluminum, the spacer is anodized red and blue. The blade is 420HC.

The top knife in the photo is model 0722CSBOTM-B. It was the January 2021 BOTM. The handle is solid copper and the blade black ceracoated 154CM. Also, 1/500. The copper handles help this knife weigh in at .181kg.

The ultimate Spitfire.
This was an SK Blades SFO. Few of them made it out in the wild.
S90V sandwiched between 2 layers of CPM-154. Buck's second Sanmai.
Few made it to sale because the transition line of the 2 metals wasn't acceptable. Those that didn't make the cut didn't go to waste. The balance of the blades got black DLC coating.

At least that's how I recollect it.

The Extreme Spitfire from SK Blades in 2016. Distressed black hardware and S35VN blade. Black aluminum handle.

So tell us some info about those.🤔

Edit.
Thanks.
I was wondering what the bottom one was.
I like it!

It’s S30V. The only thing that sets it apart from the 722 you can build in Buck’s Custom Shop.
I grabbed one of those myself.
.....I sorta wanted it after getting the Marksman with the same colors..... I thought it was cool.😎
It was notably cheaper than the Custom Shop knife.
C&C also had the smaller Spitfires in various colors w/ s30v blades.
I miss those days.......

I have built a 722, Bronze blade, marbled carbon fiber handle, and.... Wait, there's no bronze spacer......
Is Coyote Tan a good match......?

I see there's no coyote tan blade option.... 🤔

All these choices, and then this.....😬

Sigh.

After seeing that picture, I am really regretting not getting the January 2021 BOTM with the solid copper handle. I am not sure what I was thinking at that time - lack of funds maybe???

I thought it weighed too much. B BennyBlade above lists the weight at 0.181 kg. At that point I'd just carry my brass and ebony 110. Sure does look cool though :)

i went with fluorescent green.... a lot of it has come off due to where I wear it with my tool belt... maybe go with the tungsten?

In a moment of weakness, I picked up another S90V/CPM-154 one a couple of weeks ago. I had some sellers remorse for letting the last one go.
I really want to like this thing but the pocket clip is just horrible. If it had a deep carry clip, I'd get an orange g10 one from the custom shop and swap blades.
I just have too many better carrying options I guess.
