Yup - standard 192. I think some of the DymaLux handles can look nice.

That one looks really nice. Almost makes me want to take a look at the knife store while I’m on vacation. The only problem is the knife list is growing.

I'm going to my parents house to celebrate Dad's 81st birthday. Mama is making cube steak (or is it "cubed"? I dunno). Not that I'll really need all this knife to cut my Mom's steak, but why not??
