BUCK knives and the Scream franchise

My opinion, the clip point Bowie shape is an American icon. It will always have apeal because it speaks to our inner concept of how a knife should look. That shape can be either hunting or combat.

the difference is a combat knife has a double hilt a hunting knife has a single hilt. Same blade shape different hilt.

The clip point models were made because they are what the public wanted a knife to look like.

The other knives in the 100 series line up are thoughtfully and purposely designed to perform well in the field. They are very much Buck designs. As opposed to the more generic Bowie shape.

As far as the movie goes the 119 and 120 have a screen presence that steals the scene.
