i want to get a large buck strider tanto soon how do i know if it is the new model or the old model, i want to get the latest version

The new Buck/Striders have smoother G10 scales with attachment points for the clip on both sides (for left<->right pocket carrying ), dual thumb studs and a different spacer. That's about it if I remember correct. Your trusted Buck dealer should be able to help you out with one of these I believe.
