Build your own Katana

Hello everyone. My name is Trey I'm new here to baldeforums. I am intersted in Building a katana. I want to buy a blade and then build up the handle and sheath and probably buy a crossguard. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can Buy a quality usable Katana Blade. I am also intersted in any advice anyone can offer me on this subject. Thank you in advance.

I would try Kris cutlery. I don't know what their new website url is but if you search using yahoo you should find it. They have a good blade for around 100 dollars.

Thanks I've already checked out Kris's blades I was looking for somthing that was clay tempered that would have temper lines I could bring out.
