Here is a pair of Andy's Bushcrafters - one vintage, the other recent. While they are overall similar they differ in the details.

I wonder if these represent variations on a theme or if Andy's style has evolved over time.

Also, let me say that I like both knives a great deal but I do not want to bias anyone by giving away which I like better.

Thanks Andy for crafting such fine knives!

That was a really early one. From the first run of them after I got this forum I think. That plank of Goncalo didn't last long, but it certainly is still beautiful.

Check out this oldie but goodie.

Now, I did butcher the handle myself. I ground the slants in, because at the time I was going through a phase. This may very well be the only Fiddleback that Andy ever did jimping on the spine. I've never seen another one with it. I never even thought to ask.

It's also sporting a very early Fletcher "Clean Kydex" sheath.

Upon first glance I thought that was a Gossman. Cool knife Dylan!

It was even cooler before I butchered it. lol. Oh well. Butt-sight 20/20 ya ya ya.
