About 4 pounds of pulled pork in a mixing bowl...been spooning right out of the bowl all day!
 
Just needs real Bacon Bits sprinkled on top to sweeten the deal a little bit!

Oh, just your typical satin and black paper Custom/Numbered LE, unused other than kydex marks Boss Jack...it was not used in the processing of the pork, just used forks for that, it was the closest Busse I could put my hands on for the pic. I am trying to decide what to do with it as I am downsizing my pork-stash...it is a hard one to part with (they all are)...plus it is so light in the hand and has such a nice low profile and a perfect stock for that size blade, if you ask me....187"??? It is nuked at the spine so harder to eyeball...
