Photos Can Anyone Date this Imperial Ireland Knife, found in a river, also no crown in the I on Imperial Stamp.

I don't know how accurate the information is, but in researching Imperial knives I came across this picture from the page of a book. From what I read in the caption below the pic, Imperial purchased the Jowika Ltd knife factory in Ireland (Listowel) in 1973. And from other research the Ireland factory was closed in 2003-2004. So if all of that is true, it would lead me to believe that your knife was made between 1973 and 2003-04. I know that doesn't exactly narrow down the date, but it gives you some kind of date range.
