Can anyone identify this TOPS knife?

Hi everyone,
I've been trying like heck to identify this knife and when it was made but cant find anything helpful on TOPs' website or elsewhere. It kinda reminds me of the esee laser strike and I know there is some overlap between the 2 brands as far as production, any idea?

Tops Laser Strike. I don’t know when it was made or which company came up with it first.
 
There is also a TOPS Laser Strike, which is what you seem to have, there.

I don't know much about the history, but you could pretty easily fix that with an email to TOPS. Craig, Leo, and the rest, are solid guys.

Now, as a free-to-play member, I'm not allowed to discuss value, in case you were wondering.

Sure is a nice score, though!
 
Thanks guys, had no idea tops made their own version of the LS. It is indeed a great score, but the auction lot was an obscene bust as far as my wallet is concerned.

Also don't care what it's worth, really loving this one.

You'd be glad you didnt. I cannot stress enough the obscenity of the loss on the auction. This spydie military, a BM580S Satin and the TOPS LS were the only nice finds. Please make my day and tell me theyre worth over 2 grand altogether...
