Second time posting on blade forums, everyone here does amazing work.
This is the 6th knife I have ever made, and I wanted to make a gift for my Mother in Law who makes breads on the holidays and talked about needed a bread knife! I did a lot of research on bread knives before making this and I'm so happy that it cuts bread so well.
Details: The blade is made from a recycled saw mill blade, full tang, self-collected Missouri Oak for the scales, brass pins, features a chisel grind, and hand-filed serrations at intervals of 0.25 inches. Additionally, I gave the knife a vinegar patina to help fight rusting. Thanks for looking!
