I traded into this one recently, and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was the first year he started making them again in 1995. This one is a PE and looks unused, and with the factory edge. Marked OX ENT. BLK 95. Only 1/3 of the knives in '95 were a parkerized plain edge with blued tip up clip. Earlier knives of the 1980's had no markings on them, and were purchased by military, and law enforcement.
