    Congrats jhansenak, I love the blade shape and kept coming back to stare. Black wrists what do you call that blade profile is that a French shape or something of your own? I’m not a pro chef all my kitchen knives are standard for scheme/wust/Henkel variety. But my wife just remodeled our whole kitchen and went over budget too. I told her now we need custom knives :)
