A stock removal knife from 1095 that is 1/8 inch at the forefinger and distal tapers to the tip and to the edge.
I heat treat all my knives to Rc 58-60 so that they are hard enough to hold an excellent edge but not so hard that they would chip if struck on bone. The top of the spine has been rounded for folks that like to choke up on the blade ahead of the handle.
Overall length is 12 1/2 inches with the blade at 7 3/4 long and 2 inches deep at the index finger.
Handle material is stabilized spalted maple making it dishwater safe.
SOLD delivered within the US. My PayPal and email address is gldrewknives@gmail.com
