I remember I saw it in one of Jet Lee's movie, and that one can be dissembled into 9 pieces for easy carrying, and can be quickly assembled.

And this three-piece-whip:

It's called "sleeve whip"
 
Whew....I remember attempting to learn the whip chain. Probably the most dangerous weapon (to learn) out there. When the movement crumbles, (meaning it has bent in more than two directions simutaniously) you have no idea where the spear point is coming. Scares the hell out of me. Good luck to anyone who is learning it. My hats off to you.

Personally, I don't like the 9 piece. If I were gonna carry something that weighed a lot and took up a lot of space, that would definitely not be my first choice.

The 3 piece looks cool though.

Don't take offense to this question, but just out of curiousity why did you ask this here? By no means do I have a problem with it, I'm just curious.
 
lol, I post here to see if there's possibilities that JSP will be interested in them and make some. I've been seeking for some quality piece for years.
