A few years ago I bought a Buck Odessey I non-serrated edge knife for my father. I bought it because the package stated it was ATS-34 steel. Every other oddessey I've looked at since, seems to only come in ATS-34 with a serrated edge. The plain edge version I have is 420HC. Did Buck ever produce a plain edge Oddessey with ATS-34? Or was the packaging wrong? The blade on the questionable knife has no indication of blade steel.
