I know Kevin rarely pops in here, but he has helped me immensely over the years. I just wanted to give him a big CONGRATULATIONS for being nominated to the chairman of the ABS Board of Directors. Term to begin at Blade Show in Atlanta this June. Well deserved for a great guy.

Congrats, Kevin! I do so agree with Stuart, well deserved and great guy. He's helped shape the quest for scientific understanding in knife steels and influenced a great many.

Yup, great guy. He strives to educate the uninformed, but he does not tolerate fools, toadies, or charlatans.

I have the world's only Kevin Cashen bobblehead. Had it made up for Ashokan one year. Kevin said his wife once told him, "You aren't famous until they make a bobble head of you". Well, he famous now.
