Convex Edge on Cold Steel

The CS site mentions that the TM Sanmai is the only model that has a rolled (convex)
edge. I took this as the final word on the issue until I looked at my Recon Scout Sanmai which clearly also has the same convex edge. In contrast, my other Sanmai, SRK, R1, MH do not. I then looked at my 25 year old Carbon V SRK which I had sharpened by Cold Steel and
it too had a convex edge. Has anyone else noticed a Convex edge on their CS knives?

Original Carbon V Trail Masters had the rolled, or convex edge. That type of edge is also on the San Mai Trail Masters, San Mai Recon Scouts, and the San Mai Kukris. It is not on the San Mai Laredos or others in the San Mai III line.
