I just aquired a slightly used ATR and its an impressive piece of workmanship, well done Sal and Spyderco.
I am just dont too sure about the Titanium handles, they are pretty flashy and draw alot of attention when you pull it out to make a quick cut or to open a package or something. I also find they tend to scuff up fairly easily which IMHO takes away from the overall look of the knife.
I was thinking of having a treatment or coating done on the handles to subdue the look a little as well as to provide more protection. I am not sure what options might exist and if it will cause problems in the long run.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
BTW, if I do go ahead and have it done I will gladly post pictures
