I just wanted to say a quick word about CRKT and their customer service. One of the grip screws on my Bear Claw snapped in half a while back. I called their warrenty number and was told to send the knife back with a brief letter explaining the damage. That was about a month ago, and today I received a totally new Bear Claw in the mail. The best part was that I was charged nothing for the replacment. I'm sure other people have experienced this kind of service, but I felt the need to give CRKT kudos for their quick and excellent service.

Sounds like CRKT to me. I had an Urban Shark returned to me from a customer because the clip screws kept coming loose. I had to re-tighten twice......after the 3rd time...i sent it back to CRKT and tehy sent a brand new knife. Can't beat it!
