Found a seller who sells a bunch of custom knife parts and bought this titanium devils thumb stud, it is stepped instead of a raised solid stud. This stud has way more positive thumb engagement, really lets your thumb get behind it so you know you get a good opening action from the knife. I believe they make them for more than just benchmades. It also comes with a anodized washer for the new screw. There are 4 or 5 colors to choose from. I ordered orange to match my mini crooked river but looks much cleaner without it. Seeing just the screw head on the one side is super clean. The screw head is almost the same diameter of the hole in the blade. Takes some time to line it up perfectly without the washer but the screw wont go through.

I’m glad you like it but it looks an awful lot like a CRK thumbstud and I replace those with something more substantial.

Looks just like the one on my old Benchmade Elishewitz Sentinel, as I recall.
