It's not perfect by any means, but they are starting to come out pretty okay. It's a 4 1/2" blade. 1084/15n20 that's been sitting in an old knife makers shop for 20 years. I used to help him make his steel when I was in highschool. It's possible that I ground the slag off of this billet 20 years ago. The handle is also a piece of wood that was in his shop. I got lucky and picked up some of his tools and old materials. Pretty neat piece of steel.damascus jpeg.jpg
