Darrel Ralph RIP

Very sad to hear this. Darrel was a multi talented man. He did design, fabricating, computer programming, forging, heat treating, taught industrial arts, experimented with exotic blade materials, and ran a production shop. I like the knives he designed for Camillus, and he made many customs for me. He was a great guy to talk to because he was so knowledgeable. RIP You will be missed.

That’s a name I associate with CMFTW…when he cut a giant flipper tab off a Dominator I believe. That was my first exposure to a Ralph piece at least.
 
Darrel has been an iconic custom maker the entire time I have been in this community. This is hard to hear, and I hope the best for his family.
