Delta Z Pen Knives?

What were they? What did they look like? I tried searching Yahoo for nearly and hour and found pretty much zip on them. Did Delta Z go out of business? Does anyone have a picture of what this product looked like?

I was looking for a somewhat-concealable carry knife, and came across this name, but no images. Seems several years old, but it's amazing how fast a knife can be forgotten.

Anyone have any information?
 
I picked up a delta-z knife a while back as they were going out of business. Mine is a tanto style liner lock with wood handles. The blade keeps a pretty good edge but the liner lock is worthless. I don't trust it much so it only sees light office work (box/letter opener, strings etc.) I wouldn't pay more than $20 or so for the knife that I have (if i remember right thats about what I paid as they were going out of business). Some of their other knives were supposed to be of much better quality ( one was an Darrell Ralph collaboration). Hopefully others will jump in on their experiences with those.
