Do any of you have the Hedgehog leather works Sheath?

I stumbled upon this forum and decided to join since I've been getting info off of it the last few weeks anyway. MWTIC, I sent you a PM...I am looking for a leather sheath w/ firestarter loop for a Becker BK-2 and a Gerber LMF ii.

Apparently I sent you the message as an email, when I tried to PM you, it says that my account doesn't have access or privilege.

yeh only paying members get pm's...email is the only option. but paying $25 a year for a gold membership has ALOT of perks including pms

I've said this before and mean no disrepect or money out of the pocket of any forum member...but don't forget to talk to your local leather crafter, boot repair or saddle shop and find out if any of the craftsmen make sheaths. I have had a local guy make custom belts and leathermen sheaths for me and they were exellent quality and reasonable priced. I was in the shop a couple of months ago buying some scrap and asked him if he had ever made horizontal sheaths and he said he had. I didn't have my BK2 with me so I just asked him to ballpark me a price and he said about 80 bucks. Just about every city/town has some type of business like this, just go in and ask.

its always good to support your local town folk if you can, they buy the good or service from the company you work for right? circle of life. good point idaho.

Paul Scheiter makes some of the best looking sheaths I have ever seen but they are outta my price range at the moment, Maybe someday !! I wish he would make one for the BK7

Thanks Idaho and Clich...being here in San Diego, my options are limited, but I do know of two saddle and tack shops in the area...I'll see what info I can get. In the meantime, I got a reply from "MyWifeThinksImCrazy"...we'll see where it goes. Thanks guys.

I actually inquired on their website if they planned on making a sheath for the BK7 and I received some robomailer response saying "It's dangerous to the sheath if I put a model not intended for it in." I was like what the frig? Since then I haven't bothered even looking at HHs.
