Do current production Wegners have the eccentric pivot?

I was talking to a friend today who told me that he just got a Wegner and it has the eccentric pivot. He says it is different from the older Wegners. Can this be true? Do they now have the eccentric pivot?

I think you need to get hands on this guys knife and get a look at it for yourself.

As I recall the eccentric pivot along with VG-10 and perhaps the compression lock was part of the upgrade, or Wegner Mk II we have been trying to talk Sal into making.

I don't think they could have (or would have tried to) slip it past us here with the amount of noise we have made over the past year or so.

It also would have been on the Collectors Club sheet, and it isn't. Don't think it's the Mark II.

Hi Dennis. The most recent run of Wegners now has the offset arc ramp, but not yet on the eccentric.

When I saw Tim briefly in Golden, he was working on an upgrade in design with the R & D guys. I was snowed for the day and didn't get much time with him.

Maybe we can Tim to comment?
