DOCBART be in AWARENESS when or if you do Business w/ in !

Its really sad that we have not heard from from Docbart. We have to assume then that the exchange occured exactly as Tamishigiri says it did. If so I for one feel that this is unconscionable. WHat I suggest is that if we do not hear from Docbart in a few days to tell his side of the story then at very least a letter writing campain is in order. Enough talk on the forums about "Aw man that is messed up" Everyone here knows already that its wrong and messed up. We dont have to tell one another. We have to tell HIM. May not make a damn bit of difference as far as the outcome of Tamishigiri's money but enough talk. He should know that the rest of the people who frequent these forums and put thier faith in complete strangers feel violated as well.

Just a note of interest. About two days after he was banned Docbart contacted me trying to trade on a knife I had for sale on the forum. We did not trade. Have'nt heard from him since.
 
I'm really not surprised. I appreciate your not trading w/ him. Once this matter is resolved It would fine if he wanted to resume his trading as far as I'm concerned.
I just want rectitude w/ this situation.
Enough people know now. They will hopefully be more vigilant than I was !

Update,
Doc Bart has been emailing me informing me that he will pay me when I stop posting. I don't think that's the point here. Never was.
I have already wrote the money off. If he decides to send it great, alls forgotten and we have closure. Just Peachee !
This is about honoring a committment and keeping your word to followthrough as you stated.
In life our word is all we have at times. That is something I can not put a tangible price on. but I can put a word to that. It's called integrity.
The posting of this will stop when I have restitution for the wronged act or BF's requests me otherwise.

I don't know if this will be of help, but I recently had a bit of trouble with a company, no one here on the forums, after I described the State Attourny General forms I had requested and received, they settled with me.

If you live in the US, you have other more effective methods of apply pressure.

According to the Dictionary's I have perused, Black's Law Dictionary I have read extensively & additionally consulting numerous Clients of mine who are JD's and would gladly accept my situation Pro Bouno.
it looks like the statements MUST be FALSE but we know that the statements are not.

So we will await whatever course of action you choose Mr. Doc Bart.

It's sad to see that the guy doesn't have any intentions of paying up yet.

I've had a problem in the past with a fellow forumite (had been one of the longest threads here in the GB&A too!) but we settled it afterwards, and now I'm just waiting for the check to get mailed to me, as well as the fact that we're constantly keeping each other posted on what's happening. At least he really wants to put all these behind us, and start anew.

I guess there's just a difference between wanting to pay up, and not. I live in the Philippines, and I have a lot more problems most probably if I encounter someone like Doc Bart. You are in the States, and could use whatever means to make sure he keeps his end of the bargain.

As to slander, I believe it's slander if you're talking about someone with no factual basis in it. But from what I've seen so far, I guess this ain't slander at all.

I pray your problems will be over soon. Take care.

You and I and numerous others are in agreement on these issues. What I have done is factual and the truth is, GUILT is a great motivator.
I'm not really concerned with the money.
My word of truth and integrity means alot more to ME than $ 250.00.

Ilove your country and was there in 98'
for WEEKAF World Championships in Cebu.
I'm aware of your situation there.
