Douk Douk-Cognet other variants

Hello,

Would anyone have any information on the other Douk Douk variations available?

I found this French site with a picture of a catalog page showing several different models. Does anyone know if these models are still available or is this an old catalog?
The multi blade version with the corkscrew looks interesting.
