Dragonflies suck?

I've four Dragonfly's and haven't had clip issues with any of them. If yours is working itself loose, loctite the screw and snug it down real good. Problem solved.

Love the zdp steel , light weight , thin , good looking .
Awesome slicer .
Had problems with clip coming loose too , and pivot fussy .
Dont like the pocket ripping thumbramp but do like it in the hand .
Have i totally gone mad ?
I made it a sheath ...... Problem solved carry it all the time !

I love everything about mine. Locktite the clip if it comes loose or send it back to spyderco for another one. I haven had any issues with mine loosening or bending.

Pocket ripping thumb ramp? I don't see how that knife would possibly shred pockets with the thumb ramp.

If you carry the knife in a sheath, why do you leave the pocket clip on?

If you carry the knife in a sheath, why do you leave the pocket clip on?

IDK about you but with my large hands (especially when using a small knife) the pocket clip helps me hold onto it and helps me flick the blade open with my thumb.

I have 2 Dflys with regular clips,they work great. My Caly 3 SE has a wire clip....never had a problem with it.

I think the wire clip is the best Spydie clip made.

i have found sometimes when putting in my pocket , with clip the thumb ramp can kinda catch the pocket seam .
and did rip in to the back corner of the pocket .

and i like to keep the clip on even tho i have a sheath , just like the option .

i also find opening is handy with the clip on .

Not a huge fan of the wire clip but I think the Dragonfly seems like an awesome little knife
