Dulling a double edge

I've been looking at the UTX 85 and I notice there are blade options. However the only profile I like is the double edged, but double edged blades are illegal in my state. Would it be feasible to have the second edge "professionally dulled"? Kind of a silly question, I know, but I really like the symmetry of the double edge version.

Why not take down the edge yourself? On a stone or a hand file. Unglazed ceramic surface, concrete garage floor, smooth-faced rock in your backyard...
