PLEASE post photos of the Durba katana as soon as you can!!!! :D I am nervously checking the forum every other minute or so awaiting the posting.... (nervously takes another gulp of Mt. Dew). .... I sat here all night thinking the *maybe* they'd go up in the middle of the night. I just HAVE to see the katana. ... an important purchase decision will be based on it ;)

Actually, I am interested, but no REAL hurry, just so they are posted in the next, oh. ... 15 minutes or so :)

If you're as katana-crazy as me, you would also want "The Craft of the Japanese Sword" by Leon Knapp and Yoshindo Yoshihara. I have lots of books on Japanese Blades but this one stands out for the clear concise language and covers the related crafts of sheath making, habaki making and sword polishing.
