On belt: SOG seal strike knife with deluxe sheath, Tactica M250 screwdriver set, scalpel knife with #22 blade, keys, Milwaulkee fastback folding knife, CRKT SPEW knife, zippo in leather holster, morpilot multi-tool
In backpack: pocket essentials that I don’t want to keep in my pockets such as lens cleaning spray, beard and mustache combs, spare disposable lighter, duke cannon offensively large lip balm, etc as well as knife sharpening supplies including three arkies and paper for sharpness tests

I had the regular flu (Influenza A) over the winter and it hit me harder than either time I had COVID (alpha and omicron).

I don't know what I've got now but this is the second day with temperatures around 100F and just feeling lousy. Hopefully, we both feel better soon.
