This Exrema Ratio Resolza. It is too dark to photograph so I just cropped an old picture. This an interesting knife. It has no thumbstuds but it is easy flick open, which makes it (gasp) a gravity knife! The pivot adjustment is a legality switch The action is buttery smooth, one of the best I have used.
The handle, allthough a bit slippery, has a good form and is very comfortable. The traditional shape has been preserved in a modern knife. I stropped the edge and it is razor sharp. I would not try prying with the tip. The leaf shape blade slices like a monster. A true classic in a modern form.
It's by a company called Bang Ti. Don't really know much about them, I THINK it's a Chinese company. About a year and a half ago I quit smoking cold turkey after 30+ years and went a little crazy buying toothpick holders. They work good for apple skin too, though. The knife is actually a GEC.
