That's a tiny inlet to a farm pond so it's not representative of the condition of most water... aquatic vegetation in main bodies of water hasn't really gotten going at all yet.

Sunday I picked up a couple nice bass, yesterday the wind was blowing up to 40mph so it was very tough though I did pick up a couple fish along the way.

Depending on the size of the hailstones, vehicle damage and if caught out in it, headache. Hopefully you were not out fishing when it fell
