Today my daughter and I went to the exhibition in New Holland.

Evolution of AI. It's done very cool and interactively. For example, in the photo below, the AI analyzes how optimistic or pessimistic you are when answering questions about human-AI interaction. And the palette above your head and the volume of water in the pool change depending on your answers.

Funny how our knives sometimes end up in pics where they really didn't play much of a role.

I am already starting to feel that I am lagging behind my daughter in these matters. She is already using the AI available to her in her learning.

This is not smoked fish.
This fish is first laid in layers in a barrel. Each layer is sprinkled with salt. A heavy stone is placed on top and left in a cold place for 3-4 days. Then the fish is washed under cold water for 15-20 minutes. After washing, the fish is hung to dry under the roof. It is necessary to limit the access of the sun and insects to the fish. After another 3-4 days, the fish can be eaten.
But in the photo with the plate in the foreground is caviar. It is salted and dried inside the fish.

Interesting process, thanks for breaking it down for me. Sounds like a tradition that's been done for a very long time! I'd like to give it a try. Thanks my friend, enjoy your coming weekend.

Today’s EDC photo carry is for those who post that “it’s all “new” knives that never get used posted in here”…

It’s all about the angle. I mean, who wants to see a bunch of scratched up, gunked up knives in the morning? Get the angle right and those scratches “disappear.”

I’ve been using this Spydiechef since I picked it up a month or so ago…

Bad angle (or good depending on what you like to see) haha!

Ha ha. I keep swappinng out clips .
Went with no clip in a big slip in pocket for a day .
Visually I think I like it best with no clip and feels the best in hand but kind of need the instant access of clipped to pocket at work .

you guessed it ; back to the stock clip today (on the couch) .
