Well it looks like we have a new winner in the pajama pants wars: the estimable Leek, in MagnaCut, no less. It’s an ounce heavier than the Atmos and Appa, so now there’s the constant fear of plumbers crack, but only a hint of it, nothing like the NSFW kind you get with a ZT anvil. And it opens so much easier than either of them. In one day of use I found the Appa to be one of those that needs to be held and flipped just right, or it will not open easily, which is further hampered by its diminutive size. So that earned it a permanent spot in the case right next to the Oso Sweet. Meanwhile the Leek is just grab it and flip it either by the flip tab or thumb stud, it doesn’t care which. I paid enough for it that it deserves better than sitting in a case. It’s about damn time I start using more of these things.
