Pics! We want pics!I field dressed my first turkey with an Izula II… I also own a zombie green with fluorescent orange g10 scales 4.
Alice is more outback then meGetting ESEE fever. I don’t own one yet. My collection has gaping holes, and this is one. The 4 looks like a good place to start. Love the orange scaled one.
sonofwilfred where in the "outback" are you, if you don't mind? My folks lived in Alice Springs 1968-70.
Thank man, appreciate the compliment. That's a real nice looking 4!

If you ever make it to the Willamette Valley in Oregon, the Spruce Goose is housed at Evergreen Aviation Museum in Mcminnville, along with a bunch of other cool stuff.
That's right they moved that thing. I used to live just north of Long Beach, CA where it was housed it in that dome right by the Queen Mary. Can't believe HH got that monster off the water for a few hundred yards. If you ever make it to the Willamette Valley in Oregon, the Spruce Goose is housed at Evergreen Aviation Museum in Mcminnville, along with a bunch of other cool stuff.
My ESEE6 handle (the factory one) is blocky and doesn't feel good in hand. Which aftermarket scale offers better ego while being wallet friendly?

I can’t say for sure, mine are all G10, but I doubt they’d change a thing just because they started making them with micarta.Thanks. Do the TKC micarta handle and g10 handles have identical profile? Looks like there are far more g10 options.
I've got the TKC scales for the 4, 5, & 6. They are worth the price IMO.My ESEE6 handle (the factory one) is blocky and doesn't feel good in hand. Which aftermarket scale offers better ego while being wallet friendly?
John I was thinking the same thing just the other day. I put it down to the 5 having thicker steel and a different blade grind. Maybe tooling costs is the factor. But I'm just a farmer, so if someone actually knows I'm interested too.Hi ESEE fans. (Me too). Can anyone tell me why the ESEE 5 is more money than the 6??
Thank You.
