Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a Benchmade 5370FE Shootout about 9 months ago. Somehow the Deploy / Retract button broke and disappeared. I don't know what happened to it. I had the knife clipped on to a fanny pouch waist strap while cycling so the entire knife was exposed. I got home, took off the pouch and knife, and the button was gone. I called Benchmade, they sent me shipping info, and I sent the knife to them. 9 days later, I had it back. The knife looks new and functions even smoother than it did originally. I have a few Benchmades, but I never needed service on them. What a stand-up company. Thier customer service is excellent! I don't post much, but I find fewer and fewer companies truly stand behind their product and wanted to share my experience.
 
You can tell when someone is an amateur to knives when you see them carry their knife clipped to the outside of their pocket.
