Thanks, I shape them with a 1" small wheel attachment on my KMG, Files work well too. I shape them with 60 grit, go over everything with 120 grit then machine and hand sand them with scotchbriite belts and scrubbies.

You can bring them up to 600-800 grit then buff to make them shiny but I prefer the grippyness of a non shiny handle for most knives.

That wakichete is going to rock!
 
that black/white g10 blade shape looks super good.. great all around knife ;] but now you know you have to get a mid sized to larger beast from him.. IMO his specialty is the blunt tipped mid sized chopper.. but I'm biased :)
 
Dan you gotta come up with a name for the black/white g10 edc proto super sexy knife thingy. I can't wait to get mine!
