Here's one I like because of it's utility. It's a Small Rounder made by Jerry Halfrich with a modified Wharncliffe blade. Covers both my bellied blade and straight blade requirements, most of the time.
I have a hard time calling any one of my single blade knives my favorite though. It's part of the knife nut thing I guess.
