Feedback score correction request

Hello Spark,
Was hoping you could help me out. Bhyde referred me to this subforum.

I had a member, ismaris, give me positive feedback for a knife I sold him a while back, but he accidentally clicked on the negative button. (the feedback reads- "Nice knife, fair price, shipped very promptly.") He said he didn't see an option to go back and change to a positive rating. It is my one negative feedback rating, Is it possible to have this fixed?

Go to the iTrader rating he gave you and click on the triangle in the middle of the line. Whe the dialog box comes up, put your story there.

Spark is the only one who can change the mistake. This is how to notify him.
 
I believe he can report the negative feedback so Spark knows which one to reverse.
 
Hello, bumping this thread, I want to renew my gold membership but would like my seller rating fixed. My accidental negative feedback was never corrected. Could I please have this looked into?

The feedback was too old to be edited so I removed it
 
If the feedback was more recent editing would be possible . The feedback in question was from 2013.
