Was hoping you could help me out. Bhyde referred me to this subforum.
I had a member, ismaris, give me positive feedback for a knife I sold him a while back, but he accidentally clicked on the negative button. (the feedback reads- "Nice knife, fair price, shipped very promptly.") He said he didn't see an option to go back and change to a positive rating. It is my one negative feedback rating, Is it possible to have this fixed?
