they fell apart after receiving it from the factory. I think they had silicon and it wore off.

Thanks! This should be the last oral surgery. It's the most complicated one, and will be the most painful and take the longest to heal. Cutting out four teeth that were broken below the gum line long ago in fights in my days on the streets. I'll finally be able to get dentures and be able to eat healthily again. I'm looking forward to that.
