Ha Ha, no special coating. I ordered it from that big river place (the description says it's "Coyote Tan", so I guess my thread title is a little off.

Guess I should have titled this thread... "Flat Coyotes"

I love the look of that handle...awesome! That was just leather lace from a craft store. Made in USA....I fiddle around to see what fits me ya know. That kinda helps with certain swings IMO. And gives me a feel of location if you know what I mean. My G36 rides with me everywhere. All of these do...minus the eagle talon.
