So went with my favourite. The wife only lets me have it every blue moon, due to health reasons.

A healthy lunch today. Left over roast chicken, cheddar cheese, mixed greens with olive oil and vinegar. I think I'll have Chinese for dinner, to make up for it!

Wife made chicken tenders & salad for dinner last night. I struggle to eat a plate of salad, much better on low calorie wraps

Now that Lilly can drive herself to work. Kristy decided to use some of that freedom to go back to exercising, so guess who gets to cook dinner? that will teach me to exercise in the morning.
Anyway a beef hot pot type dish tonight.
